I’ve received a key in my mailbox, what is it for?

It means that you’ve received a parcel. Take the key, go to the Parcel box located outside Suite 102 (to the left of the elevators) and retrieve the parcel that matches the corresponding key. Once you have your parcel, deposit the key in the outgoing mail slot within the same Parcel box.

I’ve received someone else’s mail?

Please label the letter RTS (return to sender) and push it back into your mailbox so the carrier can send it back.

I’d like to rent a second parking spot in the underground?

Unfortunately, we don’t have additional parking spots. You are more than welcome to post a notice by the mail boxes to see if any other owners would like to make parking arrangements with you in case they are not using their spot.

I have mobility issues and cannot make it down the stairs in case of a Fire alarm!

Contact your Building Manager and ensure that he adds you to the Evacuation list, so it is handy for when the Fire Department arrives.

Can I add my pet to the Evacuation list?

Sorry it is not allowed, in case of an emergency the Fire department will use all their resources to ensure that Residents are safe.

May I keep my hallway door open to ventilate my Suite?

The Fire Code prohibits these doors -or any hallway door- to be propped open. In case of Fire, it would feed Oxygen to the fire making it harder to extinguish.
