The Gathering Place
The building has a room that residents can use for meetings or family gatherings. There is a standup bar, a bar sink and a refrigerator. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs. Located on the lower level.

Exercise Rooms
The exercise rooms consist of 2 main areas. The first includes treadmills, free weights, weight machines and 2 washrooms.
The second area is large and open, used for free weights, stretching, yoga etc. This room also contains a dry sauna room. Located on the lower level.
Outdoor Courtyard
The courtyard is a private area found at the back of the building. A wooden gazebo, flower beds, paving stone pathways and a quality grill make this a perfect gathering place in the summer. Numerous activities are planned throughout the summer to encourage "getting to know your neighbor."A fresh herb garden is also maintained for use by the residents.
The courtyard also provides easy access to the Talbot Centre Mall.
Fully secure mail boxes are located beside the front door. In addition we have an onsite mail centre. This allows for the delivery of packages too large for the mail boxes and the posting of outbound envelopes. The mail centre is located beside the elevators on the main floor.
There are also community bulletin boards providing information of interest to the tenants.
Lower Level
The lower level has been recently updated with new tile floors and paint. The Gathering Place, the Exercise Rooms, heated storage lockers and access to the underground parking are found here. Secure access and security cameras ensure your safety.
Storage Lockers
Each unit includes a secure storage locker on the lower level. The storage lockers are inside of rooms that require a key for entry. The lights are on a timer that you set inside the door of the room. The area is heated and each locker is fully secured.
